This is my morning/afternoon green meal replacement smoothie.
Ingredients:
2 cups filtered water
1 cup old fashioned oats
2 tbsp homemade green smoothie booster (or whatever green powder you have)
2 tbsp ground chia/flax
2 tbsp honey
2 cups frozen fruit
1. Blend water, oats, green powder until smooth
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth
